Ice cream and service is great. However, there is only 1 table! They got rid of most of the tables and chairs during COVID. COVID is over! Come on, bring those tables back. It's too hot in the summer to carry our ice cream outside, or to sit in the car with our engines running just to stay cool.

The ice cream is great, especially the apple pie one! However, the customer service and the employees working there seem annoyed for having to do their jobs, Please find some happy people that want to work and have great customer service skills. I would be more than happy to tip if this was the case. Would have given five stars, but due to the employees behavior and attitude, I am going to give it three stars.

❌❌❌ ⬇️ Zero ⭐ 😡🙅🏽 I would not recommend this Cold Stone Creamery location. I purchased a Cookie Dough ice cream cake, and it was awful. The ice cream part was fine, but the cake part tasted strange — almost like plastic — and had no real flavor. Four slices were eaten, one by each person in my family, and everyone agreed that something was off with the cake part. I went back to the store to ask what my options were and what I should do if I needed to bring the cake back. I asked for the manager and spoke with a young female manager with blonde hair. I explained that the cake was nasty and had no taste. Instead of trying to help, she immediately said there was nothing wrong with the cake and that the issue was just that “I didn’t like it.” That was not the problem. The problem was that the cake had no taste and the texture/flavor was off. I tried to explain that, but she did not seem interested in helping at all. She kept insisting nothing was wrong with the cake. To be clear, I did not bring the cake or receipt in at first because I was trying to ask what the process was before carrying an ice cream cake back into the store. Coldstone is reliably great but the service was definitely below average... all 3 team members looked distinctly annoyed about being at work. The family in front of us wanted to sample 2 flavors and the employee was rolling her eyes and acting they were asking for a bite off of her personal plate. When we reached the counter I asked about which size they do as a birthday freebie- we have done birthday coldstone for the last 15 years (but in another state) and i wanted to be sure this new branch had the same policy. The first employee confidently said "we dont do birthdays here" and when I looked shocked, she turned to another team member who said "we dont do birthday anything unless you have the app" I was shocked but our family ordered anyways and I quickly downloaded the app before the register. The young lady at the register was the most pleasant of the team, and asked about a rewards phone number... then automatically offered the birthday reward. Ice cream here is always great, but the service leaves a lot of room for improvement beyond birthdays. Hoping its just the reopening adjustments

Found a rotten tooth fragment in my ice cream. It's definitely not mine. (I even checked to make sure, but I don't have any cavities...) It was a pickup order so the ice cream was already in the freezer when picked up. Seriously, one of you need to go to the dentist and get that taken care of.
